How information is handled

Inquiry information

When the inquiry form is open, it collects business name, website address, your name, email address, an optional phone number, your description of the accessibility concern, optional referral code and how you heard about us.

It is used to review and respond to the inquiry. If you email support@clearaccess.net instead, we use the address you write from to reply.

Marketing and referral information

The page you arrived on and any campaign labels in the link are stored separately from any referral code. A referral code is a claim for staff review only.

Abuse prevention

To limit repeated submissions, a one-way keyed code derived from your connection is stored briefly. This abuse-prevention check does not store your raw IP address. Our hosting and analytics providers may separately process IP addresses as part of delivering and measuring the website.

Account and portal information

Staff and invited customers sign in with an email address and password. Customer portal records include organisation, project, milestones and documents shared with that organisation.

Audit and operational records

Changes made by signed-in staff are recorded in an audit history. Operational error records hold limited technical context and exclude contact details, documents, payment details and passwords.

Service providers

The site and its database use managed cloud hosting. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. No additional advertising tracker has been identified in the application code. The hosting platform visitor analytics setting is enabled. Sign-in uses browser storage to keep you signed in.

Security

Access to records is checked on the server for every request, and each person can reach only the records their role allows.
